(TRIL), both situated in the UK, will be acquired by the top logistics firm NPS and its top five affiliates through private entities controlled by the aforementioned managements.The declaration attesting to the transaction's completion has been submitted to the UK's Companies House. As part of its global logistics operations, Alliance Logistics provides a range of businesses with services including engineering consignments, low temperature logistics, commercial freight, air freight, and air cargo.
